Deposit Policy

In order for us to hold a booking a 20% deposit of the total accommodation cost is required. This deposit can be made:

  • by direct debit; or
  • by supplying details of a credit card (Type of Card; Credit Card Number; Name on Credit Card; Credit Card Expiry Date

Confirmation of receipt of the deposit shall be provided.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A cancellation exceeding 10 days or more from date of booking – deposit returned less $10 administration fee.

A cancellation between 9 days and 5 days from date of booking – 50% deposit returned

A cancellation 4 days or less from date of booking – no deposit returned

Exception – A cancellation for long weekends, and days proclaimed as holidays for Christmas & New Year – no deposit returned 10 days from date of booking unless vacancy has been filled. Then the deposit less a $10 administration fee will be returned.

In the event of a cyclone or excessive wet weather after discussions with the clients the deposit will be refunded or held for a future booking.
